Jeannette

Jeannette is the visionary behind Kids Run for Justice. A native of Edina, Minnesota, Jeannette’s mom instilled in her a passion to give-back through various service projects & trips. She was also active in her community as an athlete, into her career as a therapist at the Melrose Center, and now in her role at Good Grocer. DOING GOOD & MOVEMENT always seem to intersect for Jeannette. Kids Run for Justice is a manifestation of these two elements coming together to inspire the next generation to make a difference in their corner of the world.

KRJ Leadership Team

The KRJ Leadership Team is a group of moms who believe in the vision of Kids Run for Justice & work to bring this vision alive. They coordinate experience & food vendors, kids activities, fundraising, curriculum development, & the race-day experience. Most importantly, this group of moms encourages young people to tap into their unique gifts to give back & be part of something bigger than themselves. They are the fuel helping KRJ to be more than a one-day experience - a movement that creates lasting change for good.

Run Ambassadors

Run Ambassadors are the high-school age team that both raise money for the organization being supported AND bring energy, enthusiasm and volunteer power the day of the race. From cheering along the race course to supervising other race-day actitivies (like Gaga Ball, face painting and selling swag), our Run Ambassadors embody KRJ’s mission - young people making a positive difference in their communities.
